FROM LISTING TO LASTING IMPRESSION
Give each property its own creative workspace. Create an email, a listing post or an open house poster from the information you already have.
BUILT AROUND THE WORK YOU ACTUALLY DO
Choose the tools you need today. There is room to grow into the rest.
Contact history, notes, calls, email activity and follow-ups stay together. Expand a contact for more room, search their history, and correct or remove a saved entry.

Build from what you already haveGenerate property emails from shared Drive materials or uploaded files. Adjust the design, use saved templates and signatures, then review your audience and delivery.
The core generator needs no AI API keyWork with supported mailboxes, prepare replies and choose review-and-send or configured auto-send. Connection readiness and sending permissions still matter.

A connected account is requiredPrepare a useful call list, review calling permission, record the outcome and keep the next action close to the conversation.
Less searching before the callGuided help, compact connections, appearance choices and local workflow shortcuts. Preview imports, keep backups and carry your work between sessions.
Practical control, without the clutterA LITTLE GUIDANCE GOES A LONG WAY
A professional workspace should feel approachable from the very first day.
Add your realtor details, brokerage and saved signature. Choose your appearance and connect the services you want to use.
Import a contact spreadsheet and review the preview before adding it. Existing records and saved opt-outs are preserved; an import never grants permission to contact someone.
Start with a saved listing or property materials. Make a campaign or post, choose photos and a design, then review the property details before sharing.
Save a note, plan a call or book a follow-up. Your local workspace keeps your work between sessions. Scheduled jobs need the app or local service to be running.
YOUR WORK DESERVES A THOUGHTFUL HOME
A local workspace with clear boundaries. Useful automation should make the work easier to manage, while keeping the important choices in your hands.
Contacts, drafts and preferences live in your local workspace. Back up the workspace regularly and keep a recovery copy somewhere safe.
Optional authenticator protection, recovery codes and session controls are available. Stored provider secrets and protected backups have separate encryption safeguards.
Consent history, opt-outs, global suppression and calling review support responsible outreach. Your permissions, source facts and final delivery choices remain essential.
The contact database is not yet fully encrypted. Signed installers, independent security and provider certification are still being completed; they are not claimed here.
THOUGHTFULLY, FROM THE START
What you need to start, what connects,
and what is still taking shape.
Olvu Desk is a real estate workspace that brings contacts, listings, email, follow-ups and marketing tools together. Real Estate OS is our way of describing one connected place for your daily work.
Yes. You can review drafts before sending and choose the email agent’s mode. Automated sending requires your setup and permissions; creating a campaign doesn’t publish or send it.
The core Property Campaign Generator assembles email drafts from your property materials without an external AI API. Shared Google Drive links must allow viewing; private materials can be uploaded instead. Downloads need an internet connection. Optional writing features may have separate requirements.
Olvu includes setup paths for Google, Microsoft and supported mail servers, with Google Calendar syncing. Availability depends on your provider, account permissions and connection setup.
The current local release is being developed for Windows and macOS. You open your workspace through its local launcher or localhost browser address. Your data stays in its saved workspace between sessions. Internet access is needed for provider connections, shared Drive materials and online delivery; local scheduled work needs the app or service running. Final supported versions and installer verification will be published with the release.
No. Direct publishing depends on the platform, the type of content, the connected business account and its permissions. Eligible Facebook Page drafts have a review-and-publish path. Some designs or channels use a download-and-share workflow. Meta authorization and real-account acceptance are separate from a connection screen; universal production support is not promised.
A saved public link is a useful source, not a live MLS feed. Automatic feed access needs the correct MLS/DDF authorization. Review the source and refresh the property information before marketing. A missing or unavailable listing must not be assumed sold.
The current focus is the local Olvu Desk app. Hosted accounts, team management and billing are deferred. Joining the launch list does not create a cloud account, start a subscription or charge you.
Olvu Desk is currently in private development. Join the launch list below to hear when it is ready. A signup reserves your interest; it does not create a cloud account or download a private workspace.

01 / WHY OLVU
Real estate is personal. The software around it should help you remember the details, prepare well and follow through—without making every task feel like a new project.
Start with the person, not a search through separate tools. Contact details, saved history, notes and follow-ups give each conversation a useful place to begin.
A listing already has a story: its photos, property details and your local knowledge. Bring those into an editable campaign instead of starting with a blank page.
Choose a purpose, review a draft, confirm an audience or schedule a follow-up. Guided workflows keep the useful decision close to the work.

A PRACTICAL WAY FORWARD
Keep the person, property and previous conversation together.
Build a useful email, post or message from the materials you already have.
Check the wording, facts, photos, recipient and permission.
Send through a supported connection or share the reviewed result, then save the next step.
02 / LOCAL DATA
The current Olvu Desk app runs on your computer and opens in your browser through its local launcher. Your saved workspace stays there when you close the browser. It is separate from this public website.
Contacts, notes, drafts and preferences belong to the saved local workspace. Closing a browser tab does not erase them. Keep verified backups and a recovery copy outside the computer.
Online services are used when their features need them—for example, downloading shared materials or delivering an email. A local app is not the same as an app that never connects to the internet.
Authenticator protection, recovery codes and session controls are available. Provider secrets and protected backups have encryption safeguards separate from the contact database.

A PRACTICAL WAY FORWARD
Use the available sign-in controls and keep your recovery codes somewhere safe.
Back up the saved workspace before moving computers or making major changes.
Set up the provider paths you actually need and check their readiness.
Full contact-database encryption, signed installers and independent security review remain release work.
03 / YOUR DAY
Start with what matters to the client. The workspace helps you find the context, prepare the next conversation and keep the follow-through close at hand.
Expand a contact to review details, notes, calls, email activity and upcoming follow-ups. Search the saved history and correct or remove an entry when needed.
Use supported mailbox and message workflows to prepare a reply, choose a purpose and refine the wording. Review-and-send and configured email automation remain choices you control.
Plan a call, record its outcome, book an appointment or save a follow-up. Google Calendar can bring events in and sync supported appointments and follow-ups back when connected.

A PRACTICAL WAY FORWARD
Open the contact and review the information you already have.
Save the useful detail, prepare the email or draft the message.
Check the contact details, calling or sending permission and the final wording.
Record the outcome and book the follow-up while the context is fresh.
04 / MARKETING
The built-in Property Campaign Generator assembles an email draft from property materials. Bring a shared Google Drive folder or uploaded documents, then review the facts, photos, layout and signature.
The core generator uses the material you provide without an external AI API key or paid AI writing service. Drive links must allow viewing; private materials can be downloaded and uploaded instead.
Choose property photos, adjust the arrangement and colours, refine the copy and bring along the realtor identity saved in your workspace. Your facts and final design stay reviewable.
Create property emails, listing posts, open house posters, for-sale announcements and sold or leased creatives. Save the work, review publishing options or download an assisted design to share.

A PRACTICAL WAY FORWARD
Choose a saved listing, a public Drive link or supported uploaded materials.
Create the draft, select photos and add your saved signature.
Confirm pricing, status, dates, property facts and permission to use the material.
Preview the campaign, review the audience and use a supported sending or publishing path.
05 / CONNECTIONS
Choose a service card in Connections to see its provider-specific steps. Add one useful connection, verify it and build from there. A setup screen alone never proves that a provider is ready to send or publish.
Google, Microsoft and supported mail-server paths are available. Yahoo, Hotmail and custom-domain requirements depend on the actual provider, authentication method, mailbox permissions and sending rules.
Google Calendar can bring events into the workspace and sync supported appointments and follow-ups back. Connect the calendar account and grant the required access before relying on the sync.
Eligible Facebook Page drafts have a review-and-publish path. Personal WhatsApp opens a reviewed conversation for you to send. Instagram and business messaging depend on their supported account types, permissions and delivery paths.

A PRACTICAL WAY FORWARD
Open its whole connection card and follow the guided instructions.
Use the provider’s supported sign-in or account-specific setup.
Verify access and review the capability available for that account.
Confirm the message, audience, schedule or post before delivery.
06 / WHAT’S NEXT
Olvu Desk is in private development. The current focus is making the local workspace useful, reliable and approachable before promising a broader service. No public launch date or pricing is announced here.
Contacts and history, property workspaces, campaign generation, guided social and message workflows, calendar tools, local persistence and selected provider connections. Setup and provider requirements still apply.
Clean Windows installation and upgrade acceptance, signed Windows updates, Apple Developer ID signing and notarization, full database encryption, and independent security and provider reviews.
Hosted accounts, team management, tenant isolation and subscription billing remain deferred. The present work focuses on the local app; these are not included cloud services or guaranteed launch commitments.

A PRACTICAL WAY FORWARD
Keep testing daily workflows, persistence, accessibility and performance.
Complete device-specific install, upgrade, signing and review work.
Publish approved operator contact details and verify public signup storage first.
Announce availability and final support details when they are confirmed.
